Why liquid sanitizer?
Our sanitizer is a liquid spray sanitizer. This is the government-issued formula that we are required to use. Because it is in liquid form, it can be used in any basic spray or spritz bottle. It can be sprayed directly onto your hands.
How do I use the sanitizer?
Because our sanitizer is in liquid form, it can be used in any basic spray or spritz bottle—sprayed directly onto your hands. We offer three different dispensing options—trigger sprayers and finger pump misters (both of which fit our quart and pint bottles), and hands-free wall mount dispensers. We also carry a stand for the hands-free dispenser, which is made of heavy duty steel and powder coated.
Can I pickup my order?
For the health and safety of our employees we are not allowing for any customer pickups at this time. This is helping us streamline our operations and get as much product out the door as quickly and as safely as we can.
What if I’m tax exempt?
If you are a tax-exempt reseller, you can place a tax-free order through our online store by creating an account and logging in. You must provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and a copy of your current tax-exemption certificate. To create an account, click here and fill out our form. Once we receive your form, we will send you an email prompting you to set up a login password. Once you set up your password, you will be able to shop our non-taxable products.
Will sold out items be back in stock?
We are updating inventory on our website daily. If an item is marked as sold out, please check back tomorrow. If an item has been marked as sold out for several days in a row, an element needed to make the product is on backorder and we will fill new inventory as soon as the materials arrive.
When will I receive my order?
We are experiencing an exceptionally high order volume and are processing orders as quickly as possible. Right now we are estimating 2-4 days for orders to be shipped, although many times the orders are shipped much faster. If you received a tracking number but there are no updates, this is because your order is in queue to be filled and a shipping label has been created for it, but it has not yet been picked up from our facility. Once your package is picked up and scanned, you will begin to see tracking updates.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping service providers are also experiencing an overwhelming influx of orders. Because the general public is ordering so much online, deliveries are taking much longer than usual. Our carriers are working 7 days a week to get deliveries to customers’ doors. Please allow some extra grace time for your order to arrive, even if your package says it’s out for delivery.
Why does my tracking number show no movement?
As our production team fills orders, they print shipping labels for each package. Once a shipping label for your order is generated, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. The tracking number won’t show any updates on it until the shipper comes to pickup the orders at the end of the day and scans each package. Once scanned, you will begin to see tracking information under your tracking number.
Is my package lost in the mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated shipping date, there may be a couple reasons why.
First, shippers are currently experiencing exceptionally high order volume due to the global pandemic. Your order may be out for delivery, but there wasn’t enough time in the day to make it to your stop. This is rare, but not unheard of. In this case, the shipper will try again the next day.
Second, there is a chance it was damaged in transit and returned to sender. We are experiencing an extraordinarily high order volume, and as we all know, to err is human. When shipping such a large amount of orders, there is bound to be a damaged package here or there.

If you have given an ample amount of time for your delivery to come, but you haven’t received it, please email us at customer.service@researchsolutionsgroup.com and we will do our very best to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I get an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt emailed to me?
Our online store automatically sends customers an order confirmation email when orders are placed. This confirmation email contains a link to view your order online. This page contains all information pertinent to your order including your receipt, shipping information, and tracking.
If you did not receive this email you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you placed your order, or it may have gone into your spam folder. Please check your spam and trash folders to see if your order confirmation is there. If you cannot find it and would like to have a PDF of your order confirmation sent to you, please email us at customer.service@researchsolutionsgroup.com. Please provide your 4 digit order number, the name used to place the order, or the email address used to place the order.
What is your return policy?

Due to the extreme price fluctuations of the materials used to make hand sanitizer, general returns cannot be accepted.
